Physical Education

We all know the importance of our health and it could be maintained through a balanced diet and exercise. Some people think that doing exercise is a boring task and I can't do it. But this statement is very wrong. If we will we can do anything. Doing exercise doesn't mean to do a same thing everyday you can try different exercises everyday  for at least half an hour. One day lower body, other day upper body, then next day full body, and can also try PT.



 
And to  make you all clear physical education do not only contain exercise but really many more. All the outdoor games you play comes under exercise. It could be football, basketball, badminton, kho-kho(if you know), sitoliya, even swimming.

You know when you come and play out you really forget about all your stress, it could be your homework, test, or anything. Also you feel better because you are away from the screen (mobiles, laptops, tablets,TVs). And when you are stress free you regain your happiness.

 

Sometimes we unknowingly do exercise like--
  1. While laughing
  2. While dancing
  3. While chewing gum
  4. While climbing stairs
  5. While cleaning house




Now some really helpful advantages of physical education arethat it--
  • Inspires Self Discipline
  • controls weight
  • It strengthens the heart, lungs and bones
  • It regulates blood pressure
  • Reduces stress and anxiety

Well after reading this I really do hope that yo now understand the importance of physical education and would so do it on a daily basis.
